The property felt unusually quiet, even over spring break, which was surprising. We called regarding our water heater not working and never received a follow-up, which was frustrating. Check-in was also quite slow, we waited about 40 minutes with only two groups ahead of us. We had been told to expect an upgrade, but it wasn’t offered, nor was any form of credit or acknowledgment. Additionally, the pool conditions were disappointing. One of the main pools had very murky water, and the other was not heated, making it difficult to enjoy either. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, especially given the standard the property aims to uphold."
